Evaporator & Coil Cleaning

Refrigeration evaporators and condenser coils lose efficiency fast when they clog with ice, dust and biofilm. We descale and deep-clean coil packs, fan assemblies and drip trays in cold stores and chilled production areas — restoring airflow, protecting product temperatures and bringing energy use back down.

Our process

Survey & isolate

We assess the coil pack, agree access and isolate the unit so stock and production are protected.

Strip & descale

Guards and fan assemblies are removed and the coils are descaled and deep-cleaned, along with drip trays and drains.

Sanitise & refit

Everything is sanitised, refitted and leak-checked before the unit is brought back online.

Report & schedule

You get a completion report with photos, and we can set a recurring clean so efficiency never slips.
