We inspect the canopy, filters, ductwork and fan to gauge grease loading and access.

Degrease throughout

The full extract system is degreased — canopy, filters, accessible ductwork and fan — not just the visible surfaces.

Photo verification

Before-and-after photos evidence the clean at each access point.

Certificate issued

A certificate of cleaning is issued for your insurance and fire-safety records.
